Colour Coated Products (PPGP - Pre Painted
Galvanized Products)
Manufacturing Line
VIL's Colour Coating Plant is fully imported unit, with the latest
technology having 140 metres length and designed with the latest Two
Coat Two Bake System, with an accumulator at each end. The Primer and
Top Coat are applied in the same run, leading to Zero Wastage of Coils.
Two Reverse Roller Coating Machines ensure uniformity, quality and
performance of the paint system. Each machine is capable of coating the
front and back, and can be used to coat four colours in one run to
provide Two Side Coating (C2S) for special customer requirements.
The distinct advantage of the coil coating process is its ability to
provide a uniform coating with very reproducible thickness, colour and
glass, in order to achieve better life and aesthetics.

Colour Matching
Vardhman can offer various colours matching customers' requirements in
the shortest period of time. The in-house colour computer and paint
tinting system is designed to meet clients' needs. Vardhman also
undertakes the matching of colours even for small lots and specific
requirements.
Paint System
VIL can offer any paint system as desired by customers. Currently, the
company is offering Polyseter, PVDF, Plastisol and Polyamides paint
systems.
Ployester
A more economic paint system used in general roofing, cladding and
interiors, in normal atmospheric conditions.
PVDF
Paint system used for better corrosion / UV / Fading resistence.
Recommended in severe atmospheric environments.
Colour Chart
Vardhman supplies shades conforming to RAL shades standards and any
other colour which can be matched by using its colour matching system.
